Work at the crossroads
Construction work was centered on the Mapleleaf Drive-Grand Avenue intersection and points south earlier this week. Sewer is being installed south of the intersection and up the viaduct. Project Engineer Jim Warner told the Mt. Pleasant City Council last night that the Mapleleaf-Grand intersection will remain closed for a period of time.
