Work on Wayland Road begins this week

Work on along Wayland Road (County Road W55) is scheduled to begin, according to Washington County Engineer Jacob Thorius.
Thorius announced Monday that there will be rehabilitation work on the paved shoulders of Wayland Road from Coppock Road (County Road W47) south to 320th Street (County Road G62).
Bargen Inc. of Mountain Lake, Minnesota, has been contracted to do the work.
Work will last a few days, weather permitting, and will be done with a moving work zone.
The public is encouraged to use caution and safe driving practices in the work zones.
