Some parts of Iowa received as many as 11 inches of snow over the weekend, and Southeast Iowa was not spared.
The deluge has meant multiple days of cleanup for city and county crews. But it hasn’t been all bad, as some residents took the opportunity to play in the thick snow by building snowmen and sledding down hills.
