Yarmouth man arrested for OWI

WINFIELD - A Yarmouth man was arrested for operating while intoxicated during a traffic stop in Winfield Tuesday.
The Henry County Sheriff's office reported that at approximately 11:05 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 130th Street and S. Locust Street in Winfield. After a roadside investigation into operating while intoxicated was conducted, Eric Andrews, 25, of Yarmouth, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, first office, a serious misdemeanor, and cited for speeding.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
