Alan William Winn

IOWA CITY ? Alan William Winn, 52, of Iowa City, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2010.

    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Iowa City with the Rev. David Aanonson officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City. Memorials may be directed to the Children?s Miracle Network or the Ronald McDonald House.

    Mr. Winn was born Jan. 18, 1958, in Platteville, Wis., the son of Delbert and Jeanette Winn. He married Janan Zierke on Oct. 22, 1983, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge.
