Aletha Duder

      RIVERSIDE-Aletha Duder, 68, of Riverside, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.

      A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Riverside. Following services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held at St. Mary's Church Hall. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service, at Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Riverside. A memorial fund has been established for the Riverside First Responders.

      Mrs. Duder was born on April 19, 1935, in Riverside, to Ed and Ethel (Young) Wingler. On July 22, 1955, she married Donald Duder at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside.
