Alfred 'Pelvy' Kruse
Alfred ?Pelvy? Kruse, 82, of rural Salem, died at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at St. John?s Catholic Church in Houghton with the Rev. Dennis Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in St. John?s Cemetery at Houghton. Visitation begins after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. with a Christian vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorials can be made to Marquette Schools.
