Alice Bernice Carey Graham

      BURLINGTON - Alice Bernice Carey Graham, 84, of Washington, formerly of Burlington and Denver, Colo., died Monday, June 23, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital.

      She donated her body to the Parkinsons's Medical and Research Institute of Memphis, Tenn. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 9 in the Lunning Chapel in Burlington with the Rev. Charles Downing officiating. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Burlington and the New Life Tabernacle in Washington.

      Mrs. Graham was born Dec. 4, 1923 in Van Wert, Ohio, the daughter of Dwight R. and Mary E. (Bilderback) Carey. She married William Frederick Graham in September of 1947 in Van Wert. They divorced in 1958.
