Alice R. Davidson

Alice R. Davidson, 102, of Washington, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington following a decline in health.

      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23 in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Sue Meade officiating. Graveside services will be the Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb, Ill. Visitation will begin at noon Monday in the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to the United Presbyterian Home.

      Mrs. Davidson was born Nov. 27, 1906 in McDonough County, Ill., the daughter of Clarence Edward and Ocie Dell (Mason) Vogler. She married Lloyd Davidson on Jan. 5, 1926. He died in 1962.
