Alida J. Horak
Alida J. Horak, 87, of Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington, following a lengthy illness.
The body has been donated to the Anatomy Department at the University of Iowa. A memorial Mass will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington, with the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. A Catholic Daughters rosary will be said at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at the church. Memorials may be directed to St. James School. Jones Funeral Home in Washington is assisting with arrangements.
