Allen J. Lee, 25, of Moulton, died at 6:04 p.m., Sept. 16, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
The funeral service was at 10 a.m. today at Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery in Exline.
