Alvin J. Hollingsworth November 7, 1918 - November 8, 2003
Alvin John Hollingsworth, 85, of New London, died at the New London Nursing and Rehab Center in New London at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003.
There will be no funeral service and the body has been cremated. Visitation will be after noon on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at Elliott Chapel in New London, with family present from 4 to 7 p.m. A memorial has been established.
Survivors include two sons, Dave and his wife Jo Hollingsworth of New London, and John and his wife Donna Hollingsworth of Donnellson; two grandchildren; and a sister, Loretta Crabb of the New London Nursing and Rehab Center.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents.
