Alvin J. Horak
Alvin J. Horak, 83, of Washington, died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 6, at St. James Catholic Church, with the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, with military honors. Visitation begins at 9 a.m Wednesday, at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home, with the family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Prayer services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial funds have been established for St. James Catholic Church and Hospice of Washington County.
