Amanda L. Vice July 19, 1981 - April 1, 2004
Amanda Lee Vice, 22, of Burlington, died of complications from pneumonia at 6:09 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2004, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
The memorial service was at 1 p.m. today at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with Pastor Kendall Adams officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Memorials have been established to the Burlington Baptist Church and the International Rett Syndrome Association.
Survivors include her parents of Burlington; a brother, Jake Vice at home; paternal grandmother, Dema Vice of Donnellson; and maternal grandparents, Don and Joann Blomquist of Owenboro, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather.
