Anjie Michelle Lightly passed away at her home, Saturday morning, November 19, 2022. She is the mother of Isaiah Danaher and Oaklie Bull, both of Denver, Colorado, the much-beloved daughter of Tom and Sandy Kelly, Fairfield, Iowa, and Rod and Kathy Huskey, Leavenworth, Kansas, the adored sister of Mike Huskey, New Braunfels, Texas, and Kate Wilbun, Kansas City, Missouri, the loved ‘fun’ aunt of Marin Huskey and Jordan Huskey. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Virginia and Harold Huskey, St. Louis, Missouri, and R.L. Cordell and Dorothy Redmond, Columbia, Missouri.

Anjie was born in Columbia, Missouri, and grew up in Fairfield, Iowa. She attended MIU. She was a popular and gifted hair stylist and Master Colorist. She also managed Inga Frick's B&Bs in Fairfield, Iowa. Her kind and compassionate nature and unconditional loving heart blessed everyone who knew her and many who did not. Her volunteer work as an in-home care giver uplifted the sick, elderly, and homebound. Her joyful presence and healing nature made her an often-requested volunteer by those in need. Anjie considered her sons to be the greatest blessing and deepest joy of her life.

She is deeply loved by her family and many friends and will be missed forever. She is now at home with Jesus Christ.
