Anna M. Watts November 24, 1903 - July 16, 2005

      Anna M. Watts, 101, of Salem, died Saturday, July 16, 2005, at her daughter's home in Monmouth.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 21 at Salem Congregational Church, with the Revs. Harold Dorsey and Steven Ingwersen officiating. Burial will be in Salem East Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 20 at Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

      Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Walters of Monmouth; three sons, Gordon Watts of Nampa, Idaho, and Neil Watts of Burlington; and 11 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
