Anna Mae Mangold
Anna Mae (Sister Mary Janet) Mangold, 97, of Aurora, Ill., formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, in Aurora, Ill., following a decline in health.
Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington with the Rev. Paul Appel officiating. Burial will be at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Memorials have been established to the Sisters of Mercy. The Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is handling the arrangements.
Sister Mangold was born Jan. 26, 1912, in Washington, the daughter of John S. and Helen (Henke) Mangold.
