Anna Marie French

      FAIRFIELD-Anna Marie French, 68, of Fairfield, died Sunday, March 18, 2007, at the Jefferson County Hospital.

      Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 22, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Thursday. The body will be cremated. Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association, St. Luke's Rehabilitation in Cedar Rapids, or Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

      Ms. French was born on Oct. 30, 1938, at Gracie, Ky., to Auburn and Malera (Hicks) Hall. She graduated from high school in Peoria, Ill., and attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. She worked as a sales representative for Angel Gifts in Fairfield for several years. She was a member of the VFW and the Eagles.
