Anna Rosezetta Crawley

      Anna Rosezella Crawley, 71, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 6:16 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 at Prugh's Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Charles Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 8 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 at the chapel with family present from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial has been established.

      Mrs. Crawley was born on July 2, 1931, in Ottumwa, the daughter of William Annis and Violet Cochran Sabins. She married Gilbert "Gib" Crawley on Nov. 15, 1947, in Lancaster, Mo., who preceded her in death on April 22, 2002. She worked in production in the Mill Room of Lamont Limited for 12 years. She was a former member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed camping, crocheting and watching western movies. She was of the Baptist faith.

      Survivors include four sons, Gilbert Crawley of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Roy Crawley of Chillicothe, Mo., and Edward Crawley and Wayne Crawley, both of Burlington; two daughters, Donna Crawley and Vickie Ruby, both of Mt. Pleasant; her stepfather, John Sabins of Burlington; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.
