Annie Jewel Taylor was born November 4, 1982 in Washington, IA to Willie Taylor and Tracy Beliel. She graduated from Washington High School and later attended Kirkwood and Scott Community College.

She died Thursday January 17, 2019 at Lakeland Medical Center in Lakeland, FL.

She leaves to mourn a son Malik Chambers, daughter Amirah Taylor, sister Jessica Taylor(Jerry), mother Tracy Mosley(Junior), maternal grandmother Veronica Fugate, niece Janiah Jones, nephews Cortez Jones and Willie Taylor-Pullium, a host of aunts, uncles,cousins and friends and one special cousin Oodie Mentria.

She was proceeded in death by her father, paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather, 4 uncles and 6 aunts.

A memrial service will be held Saturday February 2nd at 1:00 at Lifebridge Church, 1107 Wisconsin Avenue, Davenport, IA
