Ardell 'Dean' Gerot
KALONA - Ardell "Dean" Gerot, 56, of Ainsworth, died Sunday, March 9, 2003, in his home of a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 13 at 11 a.m. at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona ,with the Rev. Larry Rath officiating. Visitation will begin this evening at 5 p.m. with the family present and will continue Wednesday beginning at 7 a.m. with family present from 4 to 8 p.m. Extended visitation will be Thursday at 7 a.m. until the time of the service. Cremation will follow the service. Memorials have been established for the Riverside First Responders, the Ainsworth First Responders and the Highlanders 4-H Club.
