Arlo R. Kreiss

      Arlo R. Kreiss, 67, of Keosauqua died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, in a multiple vehicle accident, in which his son Richard also lost his life, south of Arbela, Mo.

      A joint funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Roberts Memorial Center, Highway 1 North, Keosauqua, with the Rev. Elsa Lowry and the Rev. ellis andrews officiating. Burial will be in Center Chapel Cemetery southeast of Keosauqua.

      Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, where the family will be present from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

      Gifts to a memorial to be designated by the family may be left at the funeral home or Roberts center or may be mailed to the family at PO Box 1, Keosauqua 52565.

      Mr. Kreiss was born Jan. 30, 1941, in Keosauqua, the son of Joe and Edith Winn Kreiss. He married Ellen L. Brewer May 14, 1961, at Farmington United Methodist Church.
