Arthur Charles Wise
Dr. Arthur Charles Wise, 87, of Iowa City, died at his home on Saturday, April 21, 2001, following an extended illness.
The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2001, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael Phillips officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 4 at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City with the Knights of Columbus reciting a rosary at 5 p.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph?s Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Foundation Department of Opthamology, Iowa City Hospice, or to Masses which will be sent to the New Melleray Abbey in Peosta.
