Arthur E. Howard
Arthur E. Howard, 45, of Winfield, died Wednesday, July 4, 2001, at Storm Lake.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 7 at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, with the Rev. Greg Carr officiating. Burial will follow in the Burge Cemetery at New London. Visitation will begin after noon Friday, July 6 with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.
