Audra Frances O’Connor Williams, age 93, of Washington, Iowa, passed away to be with God on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington, Iowa.

Audra Frances O’Connor was born March 7, 1931, the daughter of Patrick Earl and Mary (Wilkinson) O’Connor. She graduated from Ainsworth High School. Audra was united in marriage to Keith Williams Jr. on July 2, 1949. Together, they had four children: Michael, Jeanne, Mary, and Joe.

Audra worked as a bank teller for US Bank for over 15 years before retiring in 1996. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Washington.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Diane) Williams of Camdenton, Missouri; daughter, Jeanne Boardman of Washington, Iowa; daughter, Mary (Bill) Sollers of Rockville, Maryland; son, Joe Williams of Washington, Iowa; sister-in law, Pat and Brad Goff of Washington, Iowa; and sister-in-law, Connie Williams of Mendota, Illinois. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Audra was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Keith in 2003; sister, Mary Meeks and brother-in-law, Everett Meeks; sister Ann Brock and brother-in-law, Wayne Brock; sister, Alma Batterson and brother-in-law, Don Batterson; brother-in-law, Gene Williams and first wife, Eva Williams; brother-in-law, Dave Williams and wife, Barb Williams; daughter-in-law, Brenda Williams; and son-in-law Chuck Boardman.
