Avery Reed-Sosa

COLUMBUS JUNCTION ? Avery Leslie Reed-Sosa, 2 days, of Columbus Junction, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, in the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3, at the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a 10:30 a.m. rosary service, Tuesday at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. A general memorial fund has been established.

Avery Leslie was born Oct. 27, 2015, in Iowa City, the daughter of Jacob Reed and Yeini Sosa.

Surviving are her parents, of Columbus Junction; her paternal grandparents, Ted and Melinda Reed of Columbus Junction; her maternal grandparents, Felipe and Juana Sosa of Columbus Junction; and aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents; and her maternal great-grandparents.
