Barry D. Talley

      Barry D. Talley, 63, of Richland, died at 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, in University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with the Rev. Peggy Egbert officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery.

      Open visitation begins at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the family present from 7-8:30 p.m.

      Memorials to the American Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 412 Marshall St., Ollie 52576.

      Mr. Talley was born Aug. 29, 1945, in Fairfield, the son of George A. and Maggie Spanier Talley. He married Patricia Sinn July 24, 1966, in Brighton. She died Aug. 12, 1992.
