Barry D. Talley

      RICHLAND - Barry D. Talley, 63, of Richland, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, in the Gould Funeral Home in Richland with the Rev. Peggy Egbert officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Friday in the funeral home where the family will be present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, left at the funeral home or mailed to the family.

      Mr. Talley was born Aug. 29, 1945 in Fairfield, the son of George A. and Maggie (Spanier) Talley. He married Patricia Sinn on July 24, 1966.
