Belinda D. Smith December 27, 1955 - April 25, 2004
Belinda Diane Smith, 48, of Burlington, died at 5:15 a.m. on Sunday, April 25, 2004, at Wapello Nursing and Rehab Center.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28 in Aspen Grove Cemetery, with the Rev. Brad Cranston officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to Hope Haven.
Survivors include her husband; her mother of Burlington; and two brothers, James "Allan" Rush and Paul "Markham" Rush, both of Burlington.
She was preceded in death by her father.
