Bernadine E. Larson
Bernadine Evon Larson, 87, of Winfield, died Friday, April 18, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Visitation began at noon today, April 21, at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at Winfield United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Nancy Bender officiating. Burial will follow at Sheridan Cemetery in rural Mt. Union.
A memorial has been established for Winfield United Methodist Church.
She was born Oct. 9, 1920, in Mt. Union, the daughter of Leland and Laura Walker Bozarth. On Feb. 10, 1940, she married Dale Larson at Indianola.
