Berniece Adrian Griffin
Berniece Adrian Griffin, 88, of Des Moines, and formerly of Washington, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2001, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Des Moines. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to St. Anthony's Catholic Church Foundation or Bishop Drumm Home.
