Bert Harrison Wollam

      Bert Harrison Wollam, 82, of Cantril, died at 2:25 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2007, at Mahaska Hospital in Oskaloosa.

      A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Jerry Caughron officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Cantril.

      Open visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Visitation also will begin at 9 a.m., with family present from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Monday at the funeral home.

      Memorials to Maple Grove Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at PO Box 131, Cantril 52542.

      Mr. Wollam was born Aug. 8, 1925, in the Upton area south of Cantril, the son of Clarence and Mamie Hopp Wollam. He married Bonnie Babb Oct. 5, 1953, in Holly Springs, Miss.
