Bessie Schlatter
Bessie Schlatter, 82, of Wayland, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2001, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at the Eicher Mennonite Church with the Revs. Steve Good and Robert Hartzler officiating. Burial will be in the Eicher Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13 at the Wayland Mennonite Church with family present from 3 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be designated to the Parkview Home in Wayland. Beatty Funeral Home of Wayland is in charge of arrangements.
