Betty Jo Kerr

      Betty Jo Kerr, 82, of Keosauqua died at 7:45 A.M. Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center, Keosauqua.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. Friday, March 30, 2007, in Keosauqua United Methodist Church, Rev. Bryon Wixom and Rev. John Gaulke officiating. Burial will be in Pittsburg Cemetery west of Keosauqua. Visitation will open at 2 P.M. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua with family present 7-8 P.M. Memorials to Keosauqua Public Library or Van Buren Good Samaritan Center Therapy Department may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at P.O. Box 554, Keosauqua, IA 52565.

      She was born July 16, 1924, in Dyer County, Tennessee to Levi and Constance Tubbs Hollingsworth. She married Kenneth V. Kerr April 2, 1944, near Dyersburg, TN while he was in the Army Air Corps. He preceded her in death Feb. 21, 2001.
