Betty Lou Barnes
COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Betty Lou Barnes, 71, of Letts, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at Wapello Nursing and Rehab Center in Wapello.
Funeral services will begin Friday, July 1, at 10:30 a.m. at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Kimberly Bowles officiating. Visitation will be today at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Letts Cemetery. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Barnes was born June 12, 1934, in Louisa County to Earl C. and Alice J. (Walberg) Bennett. She married Wayne A. Barnes in Columbus Junction on Dec. 19, 1954.
