Beulah P. Shaw April 28, 1914 - January 23, 2004

Beulah Pearl Shaw, 89, of Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, Jan. 23, 2004, at the Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mt. Pleasant.

      Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Kelly officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 12:30 p.m. until time of services in the basement of the church. Memorials have been established to the Pleasant Manor Care Center and the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda and her husband Ron Kaska, of Mt. Pleasant; one son Gary and his wife Joyce Shaw, of St. Charles, Mo.; one sister, Leone "Tim" Hollingsworth of Mt. Pleasant; one stepsister Beverly and her husband LeRoy Jennings, of Mt. Pleasant; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother Gordon Timmerman and one sister Helen Timmerman.
