Beverly W. Kriegel, 80, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019, at her residence. Services and interment will be private. A general memorial has been established. Beverly was born Dec. 8, 1938, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Albin and Ruth (Sova) Womochil. She attended school in Cedar Rapids. Beverly was united in marriage to David Kriegel on Aug. 19, 1974. Beverly and David have resided in Washington for the last 14 years.

Beverly worked as waitress in Vinton. She enjoyed painting and the companionship of her dogs.

She is survived by her husband, David Kriegel of Washington; daughter, Cathy Kline and husband Gary of Malcomb; son, Steve Cooperider of Springfield, Mo.; son, Alan Cooperider of Los Angeles; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gene Womochil and wife Ann of Mount Auburn.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
