Bill Brown
Bill Brown, 80, formerly of Batavia, died Saturday evening, Jan. 14 at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Stephen C. Page officiating. Burial will be in Eldon Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 8 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with family present from 5:30-7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Batavia Lions Club or the American Diabetes Association.
George William Brown was born Feb. 12, 1925, in Ottumwa, the son of George A. and Mary M. Knecht Brown.
