Billie Joy Turner
Billie Joy Turner, 75, of Fairfield, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
No service is planned at this time. The body has been cremated.

Mrs. Turner was born Aug. 25, 1932, in Missouri Valley, the daughter of Elmer C. and Opal Schofield Filkins. She married Gary L. Turner in April 1975 in Las Vegas, Nev. He died in 2002.
