Billy B. Otto
Billy B. Otto, 84, died on Friday, Jan. 26, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
The funeral mass was on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty, with the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. Graveside services with military honors were at the Port Louisa Cemetery in rural Wapello. A Christian Wake service was held Monday. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
