Billy W. Douglas
Billy Wayne Douglas, 72, of Burlington, died Thursday, Feb. 5, at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Four Square Gospel Church, with family present. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Four Square Gospel Church, with the Rev. Sam Fratt officiating. Inurnment will be at Aspen Grove Cemetery.
He was born March 13, 1936, in Stockport, the son of Chester Douglas and Grace Hammons.
