Billy Wayne Douglas
Billy Wayne Douglas, 72, of Burlington, died at 5:08 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009, at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Four Square Gospel Church, with the Rev. Sam Fratt officiating. Ash committal will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
Visitation with family will be from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Four Square Gospel Church.
Mr. Douglas was born March 13, 1936, in Stockport, the son of Chester A. Douglas and Grace L. Hammons.
