Bonnie Joyce Cathey, 85,

of Bonduel, Wis., passed away Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at her home.

Bonnie was born on May 31, 1934, in Fairfield, Iowa, to the late Charles Ragan and Naomi Berneice (Noel) Winfrey. She was a 1952 graduate of Fairfield High School. On June 28, 1952, Bonnie was united in marriage to Robert Harold Cathey in Fairfield. Bonnie was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in the town of Washington, where she was a member of the Ladies Aid and the Lutheran Thrift Shop.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Robert; three sons, Robert "Chuck" (Linda) Cathey of Tampa, Fla., David Cathey of Green Bay, Wis., and Michael (Kathleen) Cathey; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Ronald (Helen) Winfrey of Durango, Colo.; and one sister-in-law, Candy Winfrey. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Naomi; and one brother, Randall Winfrey.

Private family services with inurnment are being held for Bonnie at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in the town of Washington with the Rev. Steven Pockat officiating. A memorial funds have been established in Bonnie's name at St. Paul Lutheran Church in the town of Washington and at ThedaCare Hospice.
