Brian David Smith, 47, Columbus Junction
Brian David Smith, 47, of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics from injuries suffered in a farm accident.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m. at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction, Iowa. Pastor Al Coffin will officiate.
Immediately following the services there will be a time of food and fellowship at the Columbus Junction United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 26 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Smith?s name.
