Bridget Marie Gent,

KEOTA - Bridget Marie Gent, 24, of rural Wellman, died suddenly Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, at her parents' home in rural Keota.

      A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, at Holy Trinity Parish-St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota with the Rev. Marty Goetz officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in rural Kinross. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, with the family present from 5 to 8 p.m. A combined rosary and prayer service will take place at 7 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.

      Miss Gent was born on Aug. 9, 1981, in Iowa City, to Patrick and Mary (Janechek) Gent.
