Brooklyn Jade Hyatt
Brooklyn Jade Hyatt, 1 year, 11 months and 21 days, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012 in her parents? arms following a lifelong battle with Lissencephaly (smooth brain disorder).
Memorial services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the First Church of God in Brighton with the Rev. Ryan Meader officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Monday in the Jones and Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County, the Children?s Miracle Network or a general memorial.
