Bruce Burton Keeler

      LONE TREE - Bruce Burton Keeler, 77, of Brighton, died Friday, June 6, 2008, in his home in Brighton.

      Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, in the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree with Loren Yoder officiating. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery. Following the committal service at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the Lone tree American Legion. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Brighton First responders or the Washington County Hospice.

      Mr. Keeler was born June 4, 1931 in Lone Tree, the son of Benjamin Franklin and Susan Jane (Bell) Keeler. He married Pauline May Powers on July 2, 1950 in the Methodist Church in West Branch.
