Bruce Gaile Kirchner

LONE TREE ? Bruce Gaile Kirchner, 79, of Lone Tree, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, at his home.

    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree with Carol Kaalberg, Parish Life Administrator, officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Lone Tree American Legion Post 457. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Lone Tree First Responders.

    Mr. Kirchner was born Jan. 9, 1931, in Muscatine, the son of Ernest Arnold and Virginia Lorraine (Smith) Kirchner. He married Mary Jean Slofer on Sept. 23, 1956, at the Nichols Methodist Church in Nichols.
