Calvin Lester Scalf
WELLMAN - Calvin Lester Scalf, 74, of Wellman, died Monday, April 25, 2005, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2005, at Wellman Baptist Church, with military rites to be accorded by Wellman American Legion. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Washington County or Wellman Baptist Church. Cremation Society of Eastern Iowa is handling the arrangements.
Mr. Scalf was born April 8, 1931, in Wellman to Merton and Lydia (Miller) Scalf. He married Nelle J. Hayes on May 26, 1951, in Wellman.
