Carol Ann Arpy

      Carol Ann Arpy, 46, of Long Grove, died on Friday, May 16, 2003, at Genesis West Medical Center, Davenport, after a brief battle with cancer.

      The funeral service and Mass of Christian Burial will be at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Long Grove, with the Rev. Stephen Ebel as the celebrant. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the church where a prayer service will be offered at 7 p.m. There will be a visitation one hour before the mass on Tuesday at the church. Memorials have been established to an education fund for her children, St. Ann's Catholic Church or to the American Cancer Society. Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport, is in charge of arrangements.
